Child Safety & CSAE Policy

1 Zero Tolerance Policy

We do not allow any content, activity, or behavior that involves, facilitates, or promotes the sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of children. This policy applies strictly to all features of the LocToc platform, including public feeds, comments, media uploads, and private communications.

2 Reporting Mechanisms

We empower our community to help us keep LocToc safe. Users can easily report child safety concerns directly within the application:

• Content Reporting: Any post, image, video, or comment that contains suspicious or harmful content can be reported using the built-in report option adjacent to the content.
• Profile Reporting: User accounts, profile pictures, bios, or user handles that suggest involvement in or promotion of child endangerment can be reported via their profile page.
• Message Reporting: Direct chat messages that contain, solicit, or exchange harmful content or attempt child solicitation can be reported immediately within the chat interface.

3 Content Review & Removal

We take every report seriously. Our dedicated moderation team and automated systems work continuously to review and address safety violations:

• Rapid Review: Reported content is reviewed by our safety team as a matter of top priority.
• Immediate Removal: Any content identified as child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or facilitating exploitation is immediately and permanently removed from our servers.
• Proactive Detection: In addition to user reports, we implement automated hashing and detection technologies to screen for and block known CSAM before it can be shared.

4 Permanent Account Bans

To prevent further harm and maintain the integrity of our platform, we enforce strict, permanent penalties on violators:

• Permanent Ban: Accounts involved in child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) are permanently banned from the LocToc platform.
• Device & IP Restriction: Banned users are prevented from creating new accounts using device identification, IP blocking, and other verification constraints.

5 Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We are dedicated to supporting legal efforts to combat child abuse and hold perpetrators accountable:

Loctoc cooperates with law enforcement where legally required. This includes reporting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate global authorities, as well as preserving and disclosing evidence in compliance with legal subpoenas and warrants.
